Finding your new home

Use our advanced search facility to find the rental property that matches your location and price range requirements. Our website uses detailed images, descriptions and floorplans to help you make a decision. You can view properties during the open for inspection times listed, or contact our Leasing Concierge to make a time that suits you. Please note that as all properties are usually rented, prior notice of an inspection requires at least 24 hours.

 

Ready to apply

If you have found the property you would like to apply for, please visit 2Apply & login. We will acknowledge your application and advise you as soon as the Rental Provider has made a decision.

If you are successful with your application, these are the next steps:

  1. Sign a Residential Rental Agreement
  2. Provide payment (EFT, Bank Cheque or Money Order) for:
    1. Security Bond - payable to The Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA)
    2. First month’s rental (your property manager will advise amount)
  3. We will provide you with a Renters pack which includes:
    1. Keys to the rental property
    2. Information about your rights and responsibilities as a Renter (as stipulated by Consumer Affairs) which can also be viewed here
    3. A property Condition Report (which you need to review, sign and return a copy to the office)
    4. Emergency maintenance and after hours numbers - also see below

If you have a maintenance request, please email your Property Manager with as much detail as possible.

Emergency Repairs

Please be advised that under the Residential Tenancies Act, the following can be considered urgent:

* BURST WATER SERVICE * GAS LEAK
* BROKEN OR BLOCKED TOILET * SERIOUS ROOF LEAK
* DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL FAULT * FLOODING OR FLOOD DAMAGE
* FAILURE OR BREAKDOWN OF THE GAS     * SERIOUS STORM OR FIRE DAMAGE
* ELECTRICITY OR WATER SUPPLY  
   

Renters can also request an urgent repair to make the rental property meet the minimum standards at any time after they move in.

If you have an emergency situation during our business hours, please contact your Property Manager and advise them of the situation.

If you have an emergency situation whilst our office is closed, please contact the relevant tradesperson below and they will assist you.

If the tradesperson is not available, please leave a voicemail message for them and they will return your call. Please ensure that you email your Property Manager you have had to call for an emergency tradesperson.
