You can view properties during the open for inspection times listed, or contact our Leasing Concierge to make a time that suits you. Please note that as all properties are usually rented, prior notice of an inspection requires at least 24 hours.
If you have found the property you would like to apply for, please visit 2Apply & login. We will acknowledge your application and advise you as soon as the Rental Provider has made a decision.

Please be advised that under the Residential Tenancies Act, the following can be considered urgent:

* DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL FAULT | * FLOODING OR FLOOD DAMAGE |

Renters can also request an urgent repair to make the rental property meet the minimum standards at any time after they move in.
If you have an emergency situation during our business hours, please contact your Property Manager and advise them of the situation.
If you have an emergency situation whilst our office is closed, please contact the relevant tradesperson below and they will assist you.
If the tradesperson is not available, please leave a voicemail message for them and they will return your call. Please ensure that you email your Property Manager you have had to call for an emergency tradesperson.
