The Gary Peer leasing concierge will:
- Meet with the Renter to gain a full understanding of their leasing requirements.
- Review current properties for lease, or coming up for lease, to find a selection of properties that match the client’s criteria.
- Personally show them through the properties to highlight the features and further refine the Renters’ requirements.
- Assist Renters with the rental application process, ensuring they have all the correct documentation.
- Recommend and facilitate any additional services.
