Meet Stephanie Christodoulou, our dedicated Carnegie Sales Campaign Coordinator.
Although new to the real estate industry, Stephanie holds an Agents Representative Certificate and is characterised by her kind, open-minded, and inquisitive nature.

Before venturing into real estate, she began her career at Nike as a Sales Assistant at the age of 15 and continued to grow within the company for six years. Her journey then led her into the world of hospitality, where she worked as a bartender, barista and venue manager. Returning to Nike, she assumed the role of Store Manager and subsequently became the lead Logistics Operator for Nike Chadstone.

Stephanie believes that her drive to learn, her unwavering commitment to personal growth and her genuine interest in people have been pivotal in shaping her career path. She brings a strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge to her role. One of Stephanie's standout qualities is her willingness to seek help and ask questions. “I’m not afraid to ask for help or ask questions! I think it’s important in a role like this to be transparent so you can learn along the way!” she says. As a newcomer to the industry, she believes in the importance of seeking guidance and in doing so learning from the professionals around her. “I think my work ethic and perfectionism will be important to the clients I assist along the way because it ensures I am diligent with one of their most valuable assets, their house!” she says.

For Stephanie, a highlight of her role is the opportunity to build connections with her colleagues. She finds immense satisfaction in getting to know and learn from her co-workers, who she describes as "lovely" individuals.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a proud Collingwood supporter, despite what the vast majority of the staff around the office have to say! She also enjoys watching her local footy club Murrumbeena play on the weekends. Together with her partner, she cares for two lively kelpies, keeping them busy with weekend walks, runs in the park and beach swims.
