Rikki, part of our Caulfield North team, manages Sales Administration and Marketing and coordinates the Gary Peer Coffee Van. With three years of experience in real estate behind her, Rikki brings a diverse skillset, including her prior studies as a student nurse and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, majoring in Public Relations.

Rikki describes herself as friendly, quiet and helpful. She thrives on empathy, strong communication skills and attention to detail, which she attributes to her success in her role. Rikki's ability to engage with people, combined with her written and verbal communication talents make her a valuable asset to the team. She differentiates herself with her resilience and strong communicative abilities, offering support to anyone in need.

Rikki believes that organisation and time management are essential, helping her maintain a responsible and approachable demeanour as she works efficiently behind the scenes. What Rikki enjoys most about her role is speaking with clients and colleagues. She acknowledges that she is young but is eager to learn from those around her and expand her knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.

Outside of work, Rikki enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family, she particularly loves meeting up with friends and her boyfriend for coffee and walk dates.
