Phoebe is the friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist at our Carnegie office. Although new to the real estate industry, she is eager to learn and immerse herself in all aspects of the industry. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Event Management from William Angliss Institute and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, which she expects to finish by August 2025.

With a background in hospitality and event coordination, Phoebe has gained valuable experience in client relations and high-pressure environments. She spent two years managing corporate suites at Marvel Stadium and even assisted with the Australian Open in 2023—a role she found incredibly rewarding. Additionally, her experience with Accor Hotels in event coordination has strengthened her organisational skills and ability to provide exceptional service.

Honest, empathetic and confident, Phoebe attributes her success to her openness and authenticity. She believes in fostering a welcoming and energetic environment, making clients feel instantly at ease while ensuring they have the best possible experience. Her ability to read people’s emotions through body language and facial expressions allows her to respond thoughtfully to their needs.

Looking forward to building client relationships, learning new skills and supporting her colleagues, Phoebe is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in the real estate industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, often going out for breakfast or taking long walks together. She has a passion for sports, playing tennis and netball and goes to the gym regularly. Phoebe also sings, plays guitar and loves attending festivals, stand-up comedy shows and concerts. As a dedicated Carlton supporter, you’ll often find her at the MCG in the MCC Reserve, cheering on her team.
