Mia Gualano is the friendly and efficient receptionist at our Murrumbeena office, bringing just over a year of experience in the real estate industry. Currently in the process of completing her REIV certificate, Mia is committed to expanding her expertise and growing within the field.

With a background in hospitality, she thrives in fast paced environments and attributes her success to her adaptability, resilience and determination—quickly assessing situations, adjusting to challenges and providing tailored solutions.

Her attention to detail ensures that every aspect of her role is handled with precision, while her strong communication skills help her build and maintain valuable relationships. Mia’s efficiency also sets her apart, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and effectively.

What she enjoys most about her role is being the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere and keeping operations running smoothly. She takes pride in helping people, managing multiple tasks seamlessly and ensuring every client interaction is a positive one.

Outside of work, Mia is a regular at the gym. She also enjoys going to the footy to support the Saints and spending quality time with family and friends in Yarrawonga, especially out on the water skiing.
