Mia is the dedicated Personal Assistant to Business Development Manager Dani at our St Kilda office. With 14 years of experience in the real estate industry and an Agent’s Representative Certificate, Mia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Her background in reception and administration at an architectural firm has given her a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, which she applies daily in real estate.

Known for her outgoing, caring and loyal nature, Mia prides herself on her high work ethic, honesty and ability to build strong relationships. She has consistently maintained happy renters and rental providers throughout her property management career while also fostering excellent rapport with external contractors.

Mia’s approach is proactive and client-focused, always thinking ahead to ensure the best service possible. As part of a dynamic team with Dani, she enjoys working with new business and preparing properties for advertisement. She finds the task-oriented nature of her role particularly rewarding and values the opportunity to assist clients in finding the right property solutions.

Outside of work, Mia is passionate about animal rights and veganism, often volunteering at animal sanctuaries. She loves music and enjoys attending gigs and festivals. Fitness is also a major part of her life—she holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training and hopes to use her skills to train people with disabilities in her spare time. Mia also loves traveling, spending long weekends away, especially exploring nature. Hanging out with friends, family, her partner and her rescue dog is what makes her heart full!
