Marc might be new to the real estate industry but has always had a passion for property and an appreciation for beautiful homes and architecture. Prior to joining our Carnegie office as Sales Consultant, he owned and operated a successful synthetic turf supply and installation company where he managed all aspects of the business, including the exterior design and getting the house ready for sale. Prior to that Marc also had an extensive career in hospitality as a Restaurant Manager working in fine dining restaurants in 5 star hotels and resorts across Melbourne, Hamilton Island, Brisbane and London. Marc thoroughly enjoyed the fast paced work environment alongside a diverse group of colleagues and guests and believes that the knowledge and skills gained along the way have definitely prepared him for a successful career in real estate.

Marc prides himself on being a trustworthy, genuine and gracious person and attributes his success thus far to his good people skills. He believes that establishing strong and genuine relationships and working cooperatively with both clients and colleagues is essential to delivering exceptional outcomes. In fact, building relationships, meeting new people and learning from them is what Marc enjoys most about his new role.

In order to achieve these outcomes, Marc ensures he is always open minded. “I have a huge appetite to learn and am open to new ways of thinking, testing, learning and trialling new practices and ideas” he says. He doesn’t just wait for things to fall into his lap, he’s a go getter and will always go above and beyond to generate leads and achieve the best outcome for his clients. Marc also values honesty and integrity in both his professional and personal life and believes that consistency is key. “Clients need to feel comfortable that on any given day, they will experience the best of me and my service”.

Being a Bentleigh local, Marc enjoys taking his Westie, Kevin, for walks around the local parks or spending time with friends and family at the local pub watching the footy (Richmond all the way!) or dining out for yum cha or dumplings. He also enjoys reading books, watching Netflix, travelling and keeping active. “As an ex personal trainer, I know and understand the importance of exercise for the mind and body” says Marc.
