Property Manager at our Murrumbeena office, Lachlan Hardiman is new to a career in real estate and having gained his Victorian Agent’s Rep Certificate, is rearing to go.

Before embarking on his career in real estate Lachlan attained his VCE and worked in the liquor industry for almost four years, starting as a Customer Assistant and progressing his way through to a Duty Manager role.
Coming from a very customer focused company, Lachlan believes he has very good people skills. “I am positive and have confidence in my own ability whilst also taking pride in making sure I go the extra mile, as I believe building a rapport with clients/customers is the key to success”.

In his new role Lachlan looks forward to the challenges that lie ahead. He’s a high achiever at heart and can’t wait to embrace the ongoing training and future development that awaits him.
Lachlan is a life member of the Geelong Cats Football Club. His Great Uncles playing for the club back in the 1930’s/40’s. In his leisure time he enjoys socialising with friends and family, going for dinners and drinks whilst also travelling and watching/playing basketball.
