Jessica, Sales Associate at our St Kilda office, may be new to the real estate industry but she’s rearing to go and totally committed to putting in the hard work and effort required to succeed in her new role. Equipped with a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, bachelor in property and real estate, I come from a background of commercial and domestic builders and interior designers, as well as experience in traffic control and implementing traffic management plans, Jessica brings a diverse skill set with her. Prior to embarking on her real estate journey Jessica's previous roles at Picassos restaurant and Myer have instilled in her a strong work ethic.

Jessica describes herself as an empathetic, innovative and authentic person. She prides herself on her resilience, self-discipline, motivation and passion and believes these qualities enable her to overcome challenges and setbacks with determination. She values continuous learning and effective communication, always striving to find the best solutions and bounce back from failure.

In her role, Jessica focusses on bringing kindness, honesty, creativity and empathy, always recognising the importance of building genuine connections with clients and customers. She thoroughly enjoys working in the team environment at Gary Peer, constantly learning more about the industry and also finds great fulfillment in helping clients navigate the world of real estate.

Outside of work, Jessica treasures spending quality time with her family and friends, prioritising her physical health through gym sessions and indulging in alone time with her favourite TV shows or books. A fan of Richmond in footy season, Jessica enjoys cheering on her team and always enjoys sharing meals with her loved ones.
