Jessica, a new comer to the real estate industry joins us as Inspections Officer at out St Kilda office. With over 10 years experience in Tourism and a Management of Tourism Enterprises Degree, Jess is extremely excited about the new journey she has decided to embark on!

Jess always reminds herself that a house is more than just bricks and mortar to the person who lives in it. “It is someone’s home and people have an emotional connection to their homes” she says. Jess believes that every person is unique and goes out of her way to understand their individual needs.

Jess describes herself as a passionate, resilient and positive person. She gives 110% to everything she does and considers herself to be quite a charismatic calm person with a good emotional intelligence. Her resilient nature enables her to embrace change and grow in adversity.

Jess comes from Colombia – the land of coffee, so it’s no surprise she is a coffee lover! She is an adventurous person, loves trying different things and is always on the look out for new experiences. She is also a newly wed to her partner Michelle. She believes they complement each other perfectly. They love outdoor activities, exploring new vineyards and getting out and about discovering new places whenever they can.
