Izzy, a Sales Associate at our Carnegie office, began her real estate journey with Gary Peer after an enriching internship experience at a brokerage in Los Angeles. Izzy holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has completed the REIVs Agent’s Representative course. She spent the past four years in Los Angeles, studying and playing basketball at UCLA, before moving back to Australia.

Izzy attributes her success to her resilience and commitment to growth. Her ability to stay focused and persevere has been crucial in achieving her goals and making meaningful contributions in all her endeavours. In her role, Izzy brings empathy, strategy and creative thinking, which are vital for understanding the unique needs and aspirations of her clients and colleagues and for creating effective and compassionate solutions.

She differentiates herself through her discipline and communication skills. In her previous roles, Izzy has demonstrated the ability to develop thriving team environments, whether coordinating open houses, captaining her college basketball team or leading events as a master of ceremonies. Her communication skills enable her to clearly convey ideas, build strong relationships and inspire confidence in clients and colleagues.

What Izzy enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to connect with people and make a positive impact by helping clients find their perfect homes. The ability to make a tangible impact on people's lives by helping them find a place they can call home is what she loves most.

Outside of work, she loves to create art, whether painting or writing, and recently had her first art show to showcase her work. Izzy also enjoys staying connected to basketball, a significant part of her life and loves spending time with her family in Melbourne.
