Isabella is the welcoming face at Reception at our Caulfield North office. A newcomer to the real estate industry, her qualifications, including a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and an Agents Representative Certificate, have equipped her with a strong foundation for her role. Prior to joining Gary Peer, she worked at Bunnings on the Service Desk and as a Medical Receptionist at the Dandenong Respiratory Clinic.

Describing herself as bubbly, approachable and optimistic, Isabella attributes much of her success to her ‘can-do’ attitude. “I will always try to find a solution to any problem or challenge I face”, she says. She’s known for her constant smile, which she believes is essential in her role, for making clients feel instantly welcome and assured that they’re in capable hands.

Isabella’s eagerness to learn and her proactive approach to better herself through feedback and seeking training opportunities whenever they arise, set her apart in her role. What Isabella enjoys most about her position is the mental agility it requires to constantly have to think on her feet. Staying busy keeps her engaged and fulfilled.

Outside of work, Isabella spends much of her time at her local equestrian centre, indulging in her passion for horse riding. When she’s not with the horses, you might find her at home, enjoying video games with friends and family. Isabella comes from a close-knit family of four, including her younger sister and their beloved rescue dog, Flash, who became part of their family during the peak of COVID-19.
