Grace Horsey, Executive Assistant to Gary Peer at our Caulfield North office, brings with her over six and a half years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. During this time Grace’s roles have included Reception, Marketing and Campaign Coordination, culminating in her current Executive Assistant position. She holds an Agents Representative Certificate and a Certificate IV in Property Services. Prior to embarking on a career in real estate Grace worked in retail and has also balanced a weekend career in hairdressing for the past decade

Grace describes herself as a positive, dedicated and confident person. She is highly recognised for her multitasking abilities, eagerness to learn and readiness to take on responsibilities beyond her regular tasks. Her loyalty, hard work, dedication, and organisational skills have enabled her to build strong client relationships and communicate professionally with confidence. Grace excels in both autonomous and team environments, showing initiative to work smarter, improve systems and processes and prioritise workloads effectively. What Grace enjoys most about her real estate career is the fast-paced nature of the industry, where no two days are ever the same. She thoroughly enjoys learning about the property market and thrives in this dynamic environment.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys attending Pilates and F45 sessions, supporting the Richmond Tigers, planning travel, cooking and exploring Melbourne's best restaurants. She treasures quality time with her partner Steve as well as her friends and family.
