Property Consultant at our Caulfield office, Aditya has been in the real estate industry for two years. Prior to this he worked in Logistics in Indonesia, hospitality at Crown and also gained a Master of Business qualification.

Aditya describes himself as a quiet, patient and independent person and attributes his success to his optimistic attitude. He’s a glass is half full type of guy, consciously choosing to look for the best in every situation.

Aditya believes that when it comes to client relationships, honesty is always the best policy because with honesty comes trust. “If they know I am honest, then they can trust in my judgement and decisions” says Aditya.

He also prides himself on being a great listener. “If clients feel that we are attentive to their needs and value their input, they’ll be more open to listening to our opinions and solutions” says Aditya. Solving problems and talking to people on a daily basis are the two things Aditya enjoys most about his role in real estate.

When he’s not at work, Aditya loves spending quality time with his lovely wife and 2 year old son. They enjoy going for walks at the beach, park or exploring Melbourne city. Aditya is a Bombers supporter and on the weekend also loves to spend time trying new burger places. He’s yet to top “Leonard’s House of Love”, it’s his all time favourite, but he will most definitely keep trying!
