Organised, efficient and personable, Olivia Marcou is ideally suited to her position as Executive Assistant to Adam Joske.

Originally drawn to real estate due to the fast pace of the industry, she’s unearthed a love for helping vendors achieve their property dreams. This passion, combined with her previous experience in the building industry, is a huge asset when it comes to advising buyers and vendors on the approach that will help them achieve their property goals.

“I love working with Adam to help clients and buyers take the next step – whether that’s selling, helping them find their first or a subsequent property or a bit of both,” Olivia says. “My commitment and focus is always on making sure Adam and I achieve the best outcome for our clients.”

Dedicated to communication and punctuality, Olivia can be relied upon to ensure tasks are completed diligently and in a timely manner whilst also communicating with clients regularly. “I’m a strong communicator,” says Olivia. “Communication is essential to the success of an individual or organisation."

When she’s not busy assisting Adam in exceeding his clients expectations, Olivia enjoys socialising and dining out, trying new cafés with family or friends – smashed avo included.
