Arthur is not afraid of hard work, in fact he thrives on it and is definitely a glass is half full kind of guy. His strong work ethic, attention to detail and positive, professional “can-do” attitude means he goes above and beyond for his clients, making sure their needs are met every step of the way. Arthur believes that a genuine concern for customer care is key to making clients feel confidant and comfortable throughout the buying or selling process and ultimately contributing to successful outcomes.

With two years prior experience in the real estate industry and a Bachelor of Property & Real Estate and a Bachelor of Commerce (Deakin University) as well as a Certificate 4 in Real Estate, Arthur joins the Gary Peer St Kilda office as a Sales Consultant and is excited to grow his career in Real Estate.

Arthur believes that his background in valuations will help differentiate himself from others in the field, by enabling him to speak about complex property related matters with buyers and sellers. Arthur loves the nature of the real estate industry, “It’s a fast dynamic industry which rewards hard work” says Arthur.

Before commencing his career in real estate, Arthur spent time working as a tennis coach, waiter & retail sales rep, so it’s easy to see where his strong people skills come from.

Away from work Arthur is a sports enthusiast through and through, whether it’s participating or watching. He played tennis for Maccabi & Dendy tennis clubs for many years, supports Essendon in the AFL and Chelsea in the English Premier League.

And, there’s nothing that keeps him more grounded than hanging out with his 9 year old sibling!
