Dear Eliza I am writing to acknowledge Darren Krongold and his fantastic team at Gary Peer for the service, support and guidance they gave me leading up to the sale of my unit, at the above address. The auction was on Saturday 7 November and the unit sold for $972,000 which was beyond my wildest dreams. This fantastic result is due in no small measure to the efforts of the team. From the outset, I knew I was in expert hands. At the first meeting with Darren, I was put in the picture as to what to expect, in the lead-up to the auction. He explained to me how the advertising campaign worked and we discussed what price I might expect to get. Darren's PA Aliza took me through the unit, discussing with me the best way to present it, what to remove, what to keep in. The advice was solid and I followed it to the last. Adam also came to the first meeting; he was friendly and interested. The photographer who took photos of the unit was very thorough, taking photos to present the best view possible. He arranged furniture and lighting to show the rooms to their best advantage. I got almost immediate feedback from Darren after each Open for Inspection. A list was left for me naming every person who had been to see the unit. I was kept in the loop at all times. Darren was accessible by text or phone whenever needed, as was Aliza. Her weekly email advising me of the Open for Inspection times for the coming weekend arrived promptly each Monday. In the last meeting before the auction, Darren took me through the list of all the interested parties, as he saw it. He was realistic and encouraging and I followed his advice, to a great outcome. Darren, Sally, Daniel, Judy, Adam were all here at the auction. They were a confident and friendly presence for me and the viewers. With all the Gary Peer staff at my auction, I felt very important, although I'm sure all your clients must receive the same service. I want to thank Darren again, for leading me in what was a first for me, the auction of my home. It was a great, rewarding experience, and I will always be grateful. Regards Judy Berman

Selling your house is a nerve racking business but the staff at Gary Peer did a sterling job in assisting us to a successful conclusion, We expected the marketing to be slick, and it was, but the organisational side was also handled with attention to detail and in a very consultative way. We were provided with a timetable of what needed to be done and when, and this all ran very smoothly. We were also advised on how to present the property for inspections without incurring a huge additional cost.
