After recently celebrating his 22nd year at Gary Peer, Adam is still breaking real estate records. In 2015 Adam won the “Victorian Residential Sales Person of the Year” at the REIV awards. In 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014 he was named a finalist for the “Residential Salesperson of the Year” award at the REIV Awards for Excellence, and regularly trains sales teams across the country, particularly on office systems, Database management and client nurturing.In 2014, Adam was one of the 20 world class agents and presenters who spoke at the AREC Conference - The largest Real estate conference in the Southern Hemisphere.

In 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 ‘Real Estate Business Magazine’ ranked Adam as one of Australia’s Top 100 agents, regularly ranking him in the top 10 in Victoria. In 2015, Adam successfully represented Ayden and Jess on “the Block” for Channel 9, selling their apartment for a staggering $635,000 over reserve! Adam was also featured as one of 16 agents in the best-selling book ‘Real Estate Millionaire’, telling the life story of some of Australia’s most influential property people. In his off-time, Adam is a mad sports enthusiast. Whether watching or participating, he is actively involved in trekking, climbing, running and martial arts. Adam loves to keep a fit and healthy mind and body. This is of course, in the rare moments that he is not spending time with his wife Audrey and their three children, Oliver, 13, Layla, 12, and Gisele, 9.

Having attempted to sell with another agent some two years ago, my experience then was anything but satisfactory. And clearly a sale was not made at that time. Knowing that the property was both desirable and realistically priced this was somewhat puzzling, and an extremely disappointing and costly exercise. Having gone through that experience I was very clear as to how I wished to proceed this time, and I communicated this to you. I needed a straightforward, simple process, a fair price, and as little hassle as possible. You were very clear as to your expectations for the property, were willing to proceed with a somewhat limited budget (due to my costs previously), and created a campaign that both fulfilled my requirements and left me extremely confident in the process. Seriously, if you’re thinking about selling your property, I suggest that you look no further than using Adam Joske at Gary Peer & Associates. We were extremely fortunate recently to conclude a very successful sale of our family home in Caulfield North, which was managed perfectly by Adam and his team. Our first impression of Adam through our preliminary discussions was that he was honest, reliable, professional and passionate about his job, and after some brief discussions with his competitors in the area we were extremely comfortable in entrusting our home into his management. One particular point of difference in Adam’s approach was his honest assessment of the value of the property and his preparedness to give an opinion to help set our expectations. Adam’s suggestions and assistance with the marketing campaign were helpful and well received, however not prescriptive. He respected our home and our opinions, and built a strategy maximising exposure options within our marketing budget, and used his extensive network to attract many prospective (and qualified) buyers to the property. Throughout the campaign Adam was always contactable and proactive in communicating with us, and has obviously instilled this approach in his support team.
